Rémi BOUTILLIER was born on January 15th 1990 in the French Alps. He started playing tennis at the age of 5. On top of tennis, he used to play basketbal and ski at a national level. He graduated with honors from high school in Grenoble, France before obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fresno State University, California, USA. While in NCAA Division 1 , he reached a high singles ranking of n°14 in the nation and a high doubles ranking of n°13 in the nation.
After graduating with honors in the top 5% of his school, he then went on to play on the ATP World Tour. He has won 8 Futures titles in singles and reached his career high singles ranking of 235 ATP. Also, he has won 10 Futures titles and 1 Challenger title in doubles and reached his career high doubles ranking of 340 ATP.
He participated in Wimbledon’s Championship Qualifications in singles as well as many ATP 250 tournaments such as Open 13 Provence in Marseille, Mercedes Cup in Stuttgart, Aegon Championship in Queens London, and Aegon International in Eastbourne. He has recent wins over: Ryan Harrison (50ATP), Norbert Gombos (85ATP), Egor Gerasimov (126ATP), Quentin Halys (127ATP), Sebastian Ofner (138ATP), Denis Kudla (176ATP).
Remi lives in Paris, France and trains at the French National Federation in Roland Garros. He still plays on the Pro Tour but has a few free weeks throughout the year and would be happy to share his experience with you. He has already coached kids in France for 2 years and gave many private lessons while in the US to all kinds of players. His experience in College tennis and on the Pro Circuit gives him the ability to coach any type of players.
